Quotely: Multi-Tenant AI Moving Quote Platform

The problem

Moving companies each needed their own online booking and quoting system, but building one per company is expensive. They also needed accurate quotes without sending a surveyor to every customer's home.

The solution

I built a multi-tenant platform where any moving company can onboard and get its own branded booking flow under one codebase. Customers upload photos of their belongings, an AI vision pipeline detects the items, and generative AI produces an estimated price. Customers can then add or remove items, set pickup and drop-off locations, choose truck and crew, pick a date, and confirm the booking in a guided 7-step flow.
