The problem

Traditional moving quotes require phone calls or in-person surveys. Customers had no fast way to know what a move would cost, and movers wasted time on inaccurate item lists.

The solution

I built a booking platform where customers either add items manually or simply upload photos of their belongings. An AI vision pipeline analyses each image, detects furniture and appliances, estimates their dimensions and weight, and produces an instant quote based on volume, distance and labour. Customers can then book same-day or scheduled moves and track movers in real time.
